Job Summary: The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent within the organization. This role will work closely with HR and leadership teams to enhance employee experience, drive leadership development, and optimize workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with business goals. Design and implement career development programs and succession planning initiatives. Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify high-potential employees and create personalized growth plans. Manage employee engagement surveys and analyze data to improve workplace culture and satisfaction. Drive leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders. Partner with Learning & Development teams to create training programs that enhance employee skills. Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent management to maintain a competitive edge. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals. Develop diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies to promote a fair and inclusive workplace. Use HR analytics and metrics to track and improve talent management effectiveness Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 0-1 years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational development. Strong understanding of talent development frameworks, succession planning, and employee engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Willing to travel 10 days in a month across the state.
