Human Resource Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end

  recruitment processes

  , including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
• Handle the

  onboarding and induction

  process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain and update

  employee records, HRIS, and documentation

  in compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Assist in

  payroll processing

  and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as

  PF, ESIC, and LWF

  .
• Draft and manage

  Employment and Internship Agreements

  and other HR documents.
• Support and execute

  employee engagement initiatives

  and internal communication activities.
• Ensure adherence to

  labor laws, HR policies

  , and organizational standards.
• Prepare and analyze

  HR reports

  , attendance, and other HR metrics for management review.
• Provide

  administrative and operational support

  to the HR department.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration

  , or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (internship experience can be considered).
• Strong understanding of basic HR functions and compliance processes.
• Excellent

  communication, coordination, and interpersonal

  skills.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  and HR tools/software.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
