HR Apprenticeship - Focus on Talent Acquisition Position: HR Apprentice (Talent Acquisition) Location: Sion Application Deadline: Are you eager to launch your career in Human Resources, with a specific interest in recruitment and talent acquisition? Join our team as an HR Apprentice, focusing on talent acquisition, and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent for a growing organization. This apprenticeship provides a fantastic opportunity to develop key skills, guided by experienced HR professionals. What You Will Learn: Recruitment Strategy and Planning Understanding how to analyze job requirements and create targeted job descriptions. Learning how to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. Exposure to developing recruitment plans and strategies to attract top talent. Sourcing Candidates Gaining hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through online job boards, social media, and networking. Learning to identify and approach potential candidates using different sourcing tools and platforms. Exposure to active and passive candidate recruitment techniques. Interviewing and Screening Assisting in the screening of CVs and applications, shortlisting suitable candidates. Learning how to conduct phone screenings and support interview scheduling and coordination. Understanding different interview techniques and candidate evaluation processes. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience Learning about employer branding and how to promote the company as an employer of choice. Gaining insight into creating a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Supporting employer branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns and recruitment marketing. Onboarding and Talent Management Assisting in the development and execution of effective onboarding processes. Understanding how to introduce new hires to company culture and ensure a smooth transition. Exposure to talent management practices, including employee engagement and retention strategies. Recruitment Metrics and Analytics Learning how to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and analyze recruitment data. Gaining insight into key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates. Understanding how data-driven insights improve recruitment strategies and decision-making. What Were Looking For: A strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
