Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit. Prepare HR reports and dashboards. Ensure proper filing of contracts, employee records, and policy documents. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and background verification. Manage and update employee records in the HR system.
