Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Associate (Tech Recruiting) at KKR in Gurugram, India, you will be an integral part of shaping the firm's talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier candidates to support KKR's continued global growth. You will play a key role in full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across various functions such as Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Product, with the potential to contribute to Ops & Finance recruitment as well. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, encompassing various functions within the organization. - Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on hiring strategy, market insights, and best practices in the industry. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels like direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping. - Evaluate, interview, and present high-caliber candidates while refining search strategies continuously. - Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and Human Capital Business Partners to anticipate talent demands and proactively build talent pipelines. - Introduce innovative sourcing approaches to improve efficiency and enhance candidate quality. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, offering feedback, and reflecting the firm's values throughout the recruitment process. - Educate candidates on KKR's culture, growth opportunities, and value proposition. - Lead compensation and offer discussions with hiring managers and candidates to ensure competitive, well-informed, and timely closures. - Utilize Greenhouse to its full potential for requisition management, pipeline tracking, and data integrity. Qualifications: - Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in technology recruitment within a high-performing corporate or search firm environment, preferably in financial services, fintech, product, or global tech sectors. - Strong understanding of technology roles, evolving skillsets, and market trends such as cloud, data engineering, DevOps, AI/ML. - Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively. - Experience in hiring across multiple disciplines and managing competing priorities with agility. - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior candidates and business leaders. - Creative, results-oriented, and adaptable to change. - Proven track record of managing confidential information with discretion. - Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, with preference for Greenhouse.,
