HUB APMEA Demand Planning Manager

**Role Overview:** You will lead the Demand Planning process within the Sales, Engineering and Operations Planning (SE&OP) framework to develop an accurate demand plan for a long-term horizon. Your role will involve ensuring alignment between various departments, driving forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and utilizing advanced analytics in the transformer manufacturing industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own SE&OP demand planning process, develop unconstrained demand plans, and translate volume plans into revenue forecasts and supply requirements. - Generate forecasts using order backlog, sales pipeline, market intelligence, and statistics, track forecast accuracy, bias, and Forecast Value Add (FVA) metrics. - Facilitate monthly Demand Review meetings, develop demand scenarios and contingency plans, monitor KPIs, and drive process standardization and digitalization initiatives. - Mentor junior planners, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and collaboration. **Qualifications Required:** - Hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Masters degree preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, sales operations, forecasting, or S&OP/IBP. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S/4 SD, PP), CRM systems (SFDC), and analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. - Certifications such as APICS CPIM or equivalent are preferred.
