Role & responsibilities: Job Title: Senior HSE (Solar Rooftop ). Job Location: Delhi/New Delhi/Gurugram Qualifications & Skills: Educational Requirement: B. Tech./Engineering degree. Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of safety experience in the solar rooftop industry or similar construction environments. Certifications: Safety certifications such as ADIS, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, or similar. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HSE automation tools or digital platforms is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to conduct public speaking and training sessions for various groups, ensuring safety awareness and compliance. Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and risk management practices in solar rooftop projects. Ability to evaluate hazards, develop corrective actions, and ensure effective implementation. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additional Preferences: Prior experience in using HSE automation tools and digital platforms for tracking and reporting. Leadership capabilities in fostering a safety-first culture across the team.
