Position- Manager (HSE) Reporting to: Director/General Manager - Operation Job Description 1. Ensure the 100% compliance related to Health, Safety & Environment & comply with Govt. Authorities. 2. Develop health, safety and environmental systems, policies & procedures. 3. Conduct incident investigations, identifies immediate / underlying / root causes, prepares associated reports and action plans. 4. Develop formal / informal risk assessments are conducted for all hazardous tasks. 5. Provide HSE training & awareness. 6. Monitor Safety at working places and highlight the unsafe practices to management. 7. Perform any other HSE duties as directed by the business. Desired Skill Set 1. Qualification- Diploma/Degree in industrial Safety with minimum 6-8 years of experience. 2. Good Knowledge of MS office & Email 3. Very good communication skills in Hindi & English. 4. Additional Advantage if having same industry like Marble, Building material or real state.
