Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally Develop and assist site management in implementing company HSE management system and project specific HSE plan. Carry out HSE inspection of work area, men, machine and materials, P and M and other tools and tackles. Creating HSE Awareness through Pep talk, STA Should be fully aware of National & International HSE regulations. Conduct HSE promotion activities. Propagate safety through leaflets, memos, reports, poster, notices etc. Initiate Toolbox Talks on daily basis with all crew, prior to start of work and maintain on daily basis. Should be aware of behaviour-based safety systems and implement them at project sites. Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction. Relationships Management* Internal External Employees Legal authorities, professional HSE Bodies, clients, sub-contractors, certification & training institutes Key Result Areas* Monitor administration of first aid. Register Customer Complaints and take corrective actions. Organize campaigns, competitions and other special emphasis programmes to promote HSE in the workplace. Key Competencies Behavioral Need to Have Nice to Have Building customer loyalty Leading change Engagement readiness Leading through visions and values Technical Need to Have Nice to Have Experience in Construction Industry preferably in Hydrocarbon field. Multi linguistic (English & Hindi must). Experience in HSE at project sites of reputed construction companies.
