Role & Responsibilities: - Functional/ Implementation/Onboarding Consultant-Noida To be part of the Implementation team in order to architect the solution design. Analysis of business requirements. Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support) Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues. Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community. Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required. Report and resolve any in-scope development related errors with the HR processes. Work with HR data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities. Working with multiple cross-functional IT teams and business users with varied goals and priorities. Getting a clear understanding of the requirements and working closely with the development team in order to achieve the vision of the business users. Monitoring and tracking the multiple change requirements from development to deployment. Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for assigned modules/group of modules Be an expert on assigned product components & also with respect to the competition Review Gap analysis for assigned projects and projects in pipe and provide expert solution Provide artifacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional teams and answer their queries
