Description du poste 1. Have access to Selia & GreytHR – all entities in India a. In Selia can edit / In GreytHR to be specified but at least view all data 2. Daily monitor of the interface + Communication with business a. Analyze retention from Selia & integration logs at GreytHR site b. Coordinate with HRs / payroll actors for correction c. Drive resolution of the issues d. Maintain documentation for the system operation and issues list e. Participate in any enhancement or change implementation 3. Be support level 2 for HRs & local Key users (manage tickets) a. Provide support in how to manage some processes in Selia b. Provide support in incident if something is not working properly i. Use the additional functionalities as Selia Admin (occurrence management, workflow management, hire date correction) ii. Create ticket to Central HRMS team if necessary iii. Solicit Tier1 HRMS if necessary 4. Ensure the maintenance of the country configuration in the HRMS and manage local picklists in Selia (depending of country's configuration) according to any evolution in of tables in GreytHR in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the interface 5. Attend the monthly HRMS meeting hosted by Central HRMS team 6. Organize and lead country HRMS meetings with local Key users of all subsidiaries to a. Cascade information from Central HRMS team b. Relay communication carried out by Tier 1 HRMS on key milestones in the HR calendar, new features or those to be modified c. Relay the actions carried out by the process owners d. Share good practices on the local use of the tools, educate key users on proper procedures in both systems, especially ones that affect the interface e. Provide information on country specificities involving processes and interface f. Explain errors and help the users understand the workings. 7. In coordination with Tier 1 HRMS, ensure the training of new HR in the country using available supports and MOOCs 8. Ensure data consistency between Selia & GreytHR a. Using the PBI we will built or any extraction from both systems b. Monitor the discrepancies between both systems and communicate with the business to ask them for corrections Exigences du poste Master / bachelor's degree in human resources / IT domain with experience in HRMS with SAP working experience (Success Factors).
