Role & responsibilities

Implementation and adherence of ISO standards 14001 & 45001
Audit Scheduling, Planning and closure of observations
Preparation, Implementation and execution of OHS&E Procedures/ Processes and adherence of compliances.
Implementation/ monitoring of Legal, corporate and customer specific requirements to cater OHS&E goals.
Understanding of ESG and Sustainable Development Goals
Handling DOJO Traning Center, Developing DOJO Training Content.
Contract Labour management (Sound knowledge of Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory compliances etc.)
Disciplinary actions - Managing Grievances & Absenteeism Control, Issuance of Absenteeism Letters & Terminations
Performing IR activities, Interaction with Union Representatives Interaction with Shopfloor for OHS&E Activities
Very Good Drafting Skills Canteen Management, Uniform Management & Transport Good Communication Skills, MS Office Proficiency (Good hand in PPT, Excel etc.)
