Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Achieve targets through management of Channels/DSAs
2 Training & skills enhancement of Channels /DSA’s on asset products
3 Acquisition & empanelment of DSAs for Small Business Loans
4 Achieve Business Loans disbursement targets through DSA's
5 DSA Management (Managing payouts, new incentive schemes, etc)
6 Training and development of DSAs
7 Increasing productivity of Channels/DSAs
8 Compliance on KYC and PDDs
9 Competition mapping
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Graduate
Preferred Post Graduate / MBA (full time)
Experience
Essential Experience in sourcing Business Loans through channels/DSA
