Job Overview: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the business by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP will work closely with management and employees to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and develop HR strategies that support those objectives. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management, addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts. Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts by working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Performance Management: Facilitate performance review processes, coaching managers on effective feedback and development plans. Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Organizational Development: Support change management initiatives and organizational design projects to improve business performance. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, conducting audits and maintaining accurate records. Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; experience with HR analytics is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges. Preferred Skills: Experience in Retails industries, Building material, Paints, chemical, Dealer network Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
