JOB PURPOSE To Partner with the Sales function, while collaborating with various HR verticals, to develop, drive implementation and deliver end to end HR processes & Services, aligned to business objectives, to enhance capabilities of the Sales Team and thereby the organization, for higher effectiveness and efficiency for achieving strategic goals of the organization. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES HR Business Partnership Regularly interface with Functional and Vertical Heads of the Sales Team and participate in Business/ Functional meetings to gain an understanding of the business strategy and plans achievement and dynamic events that impact business Drive HR Strategies relating to Competency and Capability enhancement, Organisation Design and Strategic Staffing, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Succession Planning and Leadership Development for the Function Interface continuously with the Sales Team to understand the pulse, issues and business incidents Monitor and enhance delivery of HR processes and services on the ground Data Collation and Analysis through Critical Business incidents, monitoring performance and capabilities Develop and Deliver HR solutions to address the underlying causes Issues /Problem Resolution within domain of HR Guidance & Counseling Support Engage with the function for all HR Communication Own and Champion the HR matters of the Function Accuracy in understanding and analysis Response timeliness Performance Management Be aware of the Performance of the function and the strategic implications for HR action Monitor performance of the team on a regular basis Provide feedback to Heads of vertical and of the function Collaborate with the PMS and OD verticals for driving the PMS process and OD initiatives for the function Conduct /Participate actively in Performance reviews, Performance Counseling and employee Performance feedback Ensure implementation & monitor Individual Development Plans PMS time and plan adherence Individual Development Plans developed IDP adherence Learning & Development Interface with Vertical Heads of Sales and the team to understand strategic Training and development and Organisation Development imperatives Identify training and development needs Ensure delivery of Training and training participation of Sales Team Measure training impact and ensure corrective action for any issues identified Identify the leadership development needs and ensure the delivery of leadership development plans Collaborate with and provide inputs to L&D Vertical concerning all Learning and development matters Plan Adherence and timeliness Talent Planning, Acquisition and Talent Management Interface with CHRO, Sales Head, Sales Vertical Heads, participate in business meeting to understand the business imperatives and its implications for TM and TA Human Resources Develop and Deploy Strategic Manpower Plan and develop a manpower staffing plan Partner with TA team to drive TA Develop & Execute Talent Acquisition Plan jointly with TA Head in aligned to business needs Drive Successful Onboarding of New Talent for the Sales Function, handholding, conducting reviews and feedback Collaborate with TM and TA Verticals to manage Strategic Staffing Drive implementation of Succession Planning, Hi-Po programs and Leadership development programs Identify Individuals who need coaching and counseling support for their performance, make suitable plans /initiatives, share and maintain focus constantly apprising CHRO, Head TM and Sales Head, monitor and review program; take appropriate action in consonance with TM policies Track the developmental journeys of the successors Time to hire Ageing of vacancies within norms Feedback from new hires Performance of individuals covered under TM programs Capability and Competency Building Interface with Senior Sales team, SH, DH and FH to understand the business direction, challenges and capability requirement of the team Collaborate with TM & Consultant to identify and develop the competency framework for Sales team Work with L&D team to develop Competencies of the Sales employees considering current and future performance requirements Chart out the Capability Competency Matrix Development of Competency framework for Sales as per Plan Plan adherence of Cascading of Competency framework into HR sub-functions Execute retention initiatives/ programs for the key talent groups Develop and execute employee developmental journeys like CEO Circle, L2, L3 leadership journey, etc. On-ground implementation of initiatives for employee retention On time completion of development journeys Number of internal grown talents Enhancing Employee Engagement and Culture Building Monitor employee engagement and Team Climate and Motivation on an ongoing basis, reviewing with Sales Team leaders and applying appropriate interventions Building a culture of Excellence in performance and teamwork, nurturing and development of Talent Drive GPW initiatives HR Engagement and Climate Score for Sales GPTW Score Adherence to schedule Developing organization & Digital HR Benchmark, recommend /develop policies to cater to needs of the Sales Function Partner with TM Vertical to execute Career progression, job rotation and job enlargement as per need, recommend and conduct internal transfers Implement Succession planning collaborating with TM team by developing customized individual developmental plans, executing and monitoring the developmental journeys of the successors Partner in identification of areas and Implementation of Digital HR Initiative No. of policies implemented Talent pool size and adequacy for critical roles Succession / Transfer timeliness as planned Incumbents Performance in new role Timeliness of deployment and % Adoption of Digital initiatives Budgeting & MIS Make budget workings for all initiatives for Sales team and contribute to the budgeting exercise for HR Verticals Develop and operate an appropriate MIS for providing information and updates to all stakeholders Timeliness Accuracy Functional Skills Analytical Skills Understanding of HR and talent management concepts Business understanding and acumen Stakeholder management Behavioral Skills Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Presentation Skills Collaboration skills Communication Negotiation Skills Assertiveness Counseling Skills Interpersonal Skills Sensing and perceptive skills
