Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership:

    • Consult with business leaders on HR needs, organizational design, and workforce planning.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and programs.

  • Talent Management:

    • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
    • Coach managers on performance management, development, and succession planning.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Serve as a primary contact for employee issues, conflicts, and grievances.
    • Develop and implement engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns to foster a positive culture.

  • HR Operations & Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage HR processes like performance reviews, exit interviews, and policy communication.

  • Data & Analytics:

    • Use HR metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 2-7 years of HR experience, ideally in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role.
  • Proficient in MIS preparation
  • Work experience should be from well known IT/ITES Organization
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Success Factor
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
