Job Description

Responsible for the employees life cycle – From on boarding till off boarding. • To ensure advances in HR processes and programs as well as to support key business objectives, strategies and initiatives. • Monitor and follow up on the various employee related issues / queries. • Manage employee grievances. • Responsible for the employees’ life cycle – From on boarding till off boarding. • To ensure advances in HR processes and programs as well as to support key business objectives, strategies and initiatives. • Monitor and follow up on the various employee related issues / queries • Manage employee grievances. • Attrition Management and implement strategies for Employee Retention. • Conduct various employee engagement activities as per calendar • Execute the rewards and recognition programs within timelines. • Responsible for the welfare of all the employees of the branch office. • Maintain a robust employee communication process. • Communicating the policies and the procedures to the employees. • Execute Performance Management process and work on development planning. • Execute company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning and organisational change). • Assist the HR Operations, Training & Development and Payroll teams as required
