Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR activities for the Hyderabad cluster office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, including talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning. Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees for key roles within the organization. Oversee payroll management processes, MIS reporting, SAP SuccessFactors implementation, and administration tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive employer brand reputation. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources with expertise in areas such as Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Retention, Workforce Planning, HR Strategy etc. . MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization; additional certifications like PGIHM or equivalent would be an added advantage.
