Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement Strategy : Develop, implement, and drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and increase employee satisfaction and retention. Ensure these initiatives align with business objectives. Engagement Surveys & Feedback : Design, conduct, and analyze employee surveys (e.g., pulse surveys, engagement surveys) to gauge employee sentiment. Work with management to address key issues and implement action plans based on feedback. Employee Recognition Programs : Create and manage programs that recognize and reward employee achievements and milestones (e.g., employee of the month, anniversary celebrations, peer recognition programs). Wellness Programs : Lead initiatives to support employee well-being, such as wellness programs, mental health resources, and work-life balance initiatives to enhance the employee experience. Team Building & Events : Organize team-building activities, social events, and employee appreciation days that foster camaraderie and teamwork across the organization. Change Management & Communication : Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged throughout transitions. Employee Retention : Work with HR to identify trends and develop strategies to improve employee retention, focusing on areas such as career development, work satisfaction, and employee engagement. Data-Driven Insights : Monitor and report on key engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership to improve employee engagement and retention. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources. 3+ years of experience in HRBP role. Proven track record of successfully executing employee engagement activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for Presentation, data creation, Excel. Experience in organizing and managing on-ground and online activities and campaigns. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and part of a team.
