This role involves managing HR operations related to onboarding, employee engagement, HR communications, reporting, and more, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Induction: * Oversee and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and verifications are completed. * Conduct induction sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, values, and processes. Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the tools and information necessary for a successful start. Employee Engagement: * Plan, organise, and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and motivation. * Develop creative activities and recognition programs that align with organizational goals. * Gather feedback through employee surveys and focus groups to improve workplace satisfaction. HR Letters & Documentation: * Draft and issue official HR letters, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and experience letters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company standards. Reporting & HR Metrics: * Prepare and share regular HR reports, including attrition, headcount, and employee engagement statistics. * Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to support strategic HR initiatives. Compliance & Support: Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure all HR activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. "Only candidates who are not currently enrolled in any regular courses will be considered" Only Immediate Joiner required Key Skills & Qualifications: * Experience: 2+ years in an HR Generalist or Employee Engagement role, preferably in a BPO/KPO setup. * Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Flexible and adaptive to night shifts.
