Leading diagnostic centre looking for a HR Training & Development Manager in Chennai location! Work Location : Greams Road, Thousand Lights Qualification: MBA Experience: 3- 5 years of exp in HR training and development or soft skills training experience required. Shift: General Salary: Up to INR 35,000/Month (Based on experience) Skills Required: - Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. - Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. - Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation, training and ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance, and training records. Only immediate joiners are required.
