Role & responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end life cycle of the recruitment process. Sourcing Profiles from job portals, other platforms and internal/external references. Understanding the clients requirements thoroughly. Screening the resumes as per the Job Description provided by the clients. Schedule an interview after checking the convenience of candidates & interview panels. Post selection coordination with candidates. Negotiation in salary according to the client bandwidth and companies’ profit. Maintaining Reports and Database. Getting references from the candidates and building up networks.
