We are thrilled to announce that Foxconn Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development Private Limited is hiring for a HR functions at our TN location. Role & responsibilities: Assist in organizing and executing campus recruitment initiatives, including job fairs and campus interviews. Coordinate with campus placement cells and faculty to schedule interviews and recruitment events. Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases for both volume and lateral hiring. Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration for new employees. Assist in conducting induction and orientation programs for new hires. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support the planning and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression. Manage contract labor-related activities. Track and report attendance and attrition rates, providing actionable insights for management, MIS Report, Data Management Preferred candidate profile : Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media Strong communication & Interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR processes Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR/Business Administration or related field (2022/2023/2024 Passed outs also eligible) Year of Experience : 0-2 Years Exp in HR Function Candidates who are interested are encouraged to register using the link below.
