About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee who is eager to learn and support the full HR cycle. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance processes while working with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll and attendance management.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and documents.
• Help organize employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with management for HR operations and compliance.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/HR specialization preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR concepts.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
