HR Trainee

Job Title: HR Trainee Location: Jaipur Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Internship / Trainee Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, gain hands-on experience in HR processes, and support the HR team in various talent management and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment : job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups. Maintain and update HR databases , employee records, and documentation. Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave records , and monthly timesheet tracking. Support payroll data collection and documentation. Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communication. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Willingness to learn and handle confidential information responsibly. What You Will Learn Practical exposure to core HR functions. End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. HR operations, policies, and documentation handling. Exposure to employee lifecycle and engagement activities.
