HR Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for open positions.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, review resumes, and conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
• Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates' qualifications for specific IT positions.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
