HR (Team, Projects & Coordination Role) Internship

Job Description: As an intern in this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. Your tasks will include job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding processes, managing employee documentation, and carrying out internal HR procedures. One of your key roles will be to maintain and update HR records, trackers, and team databases. It will also be your responsibility to monitor team performance and ensure timely updates from project members. If there are any follow-ups or delays in tasks, you should escalate them as necessary.
