Role Overview: Kalvium is seeking a human resources professional who has a Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field, especially in Talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, specifically focused on sales and marketing profiles. If you have experience in recruiting for fast-paced industries like Real Estate, Ed-Tech, BFSI, Fintech, or Banking, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process for Sales and Marketing Positions across various business units. Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source, screen and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. Develop and maintain relationships with external Recruitment Agencies, Job Boards and Social Media Platforms. Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress. Assist in maintaining employee records. Maintain and update Talent acquisition database and records. Work collaboratively with cross-functional team Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition. Qualifications : Master's degree in Human resources or a related field. Experience:- 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience.
