HR / TA Intern

As an HR/TA Intern at our company in Bangalore, you will be part of a dynamic team for a 6-month full-time internship. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR operations. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various platforms - Conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability and interest - Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling and coordination - Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers - Support HR operations like onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement tasks - Contribute to enhancing candidate experience and process efficiency To qualify for this role, you should have: - BBA or MBA in Human Resources (2023 / 2024 passout) - Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing, calling, and screening - Previous internship exposure in recruitment or HR operations is beneficial - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills This 6-month internship is full-time and requires you to work from the office.
