We would expect you to be highly independent and capable of making decisions, challenging managers and driving changes. This role is ideally based in Chennai or Pune, but we are open to other locations for the right talent.Key Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist in a large global company Should excel by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Deep expertise in recruitment - you consider yourself a specialist Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures in a matrix environment Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
