Position - HR Specialist Location: Mohali 8b, onsite Please share your CV at 9817558892 Immediate joiner Key Responsibilities: Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Post job advertisements and screen resumes. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.) in physical and digital formats. Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires. Coordinate training and development initiatives. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Assist in performance management procedures. Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and labor laws. Organize employee engagement activities and internal events. Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
