Role purpose: The role will be responsible for implementing HR Analytical Models with GCP. The role will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Global HR related data on semantics layer for Qlik dashboards using SQL, Big Queries. The role will closely work with product owners to understand the business requirements and document the requirements for Developers by translating the Business requirements in semantics data models. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Understanding of Global HR data/processes (preferable SuccessFactors Systems), Provide technical guidance and accountable to develop analytical models on HR Data utilizing tools such as GCP . Work closely with SuccessFactors product owners and Data teams to document requirements for Semantics Layer and lead requirement gathering sessions. Accountable to understand the GCP data models and query the models using Big Query and data analysis to reconcile the data and analyse the issues on the process/Semantics layer. Work in Safe Agile models and maintain the JIRA tool as required.
