Job Description

Solitaire Innovationns is a Software as well as manufactiring company based in Pune. The major responsibilities of the HR professional will be Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Onboarding and Training: Onboarding new employees, and designing and implementing training programs to support employee growth. Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns. Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing benefits like health insurance, and ensuring fair compensation. Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems, facilitating promotions, and providing feedback. Policy and Compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Employee Well-being: Supporting employee health and wellness through various programs and initiatives Key skills for HR professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Organizational skills and attention to detail Ethical judgment and ability to handle confidential information Familiarity with HR software and technology Adaptability and a proactive approach to managing change
