Process the candidate to the technical round of interview. Arranging Direct technical / telephonic interviews. Job posting on Naukri.com, indeed.com, shine.com. Taking References from candidates to generate more potential candidates Publish and remove job ads. Design job description and interview question. Maintain the database pool for future purpose.
