HR Recruitment & Placement Roles

As part of the Carbon Neutrality Mission, you have immediate openings in the Recruitment & Placement Division for HR Executives and Managers. You will work closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and select candidates for various positions. Additionally, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications. - Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates. - Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
