Role & responsibilities Hire candidates from the front line to the senior level. Understanding the JD (Job Description) provided by the client. Screen candidates from the job portals & social media according to JD. Follow up with candidates from interview to joining. Close positions in minimum time. Work on non-IT and IT- both types of recruitment. Preferred candidate profile Must be a minimum Graduate. Fluent communication in English, Bengali & Hindi. Good convincing power. Available for full time (in-office) internship immediately. Will join inhouse after internship. Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
