Research appropriate online job boards and post new positions accordingly; 2. Assist with recruitment strategy for new positions; 3. Research, analyze, and coordinate recruiting related advertisement and industry related networking events; 4. Assist with cultivating a steady pipeline of qualified candidates by proactively sourcing; 5. Day to day management of the HR email inbox and candidate flow; 6. Respond to prospective candidates regarding resume submittal; 7. Respond to third party recruiters regarding prospective business; 8. Manage corporate LinkedIn accounts; 9. Assist with overall college recruiting; 10.Order and update recruiting materials; 11.Oversee and manage the workflow of prospective candidate resume folder for the Evans office; 12.Setup and coordinate phone screenings; 13.Organize and distribute interview packets for on-site interviews; 14.Assist with new hire on boarding; 15.Coordinate special employee engagement projects; Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication & result oriented skills Perks and benefits best to the industry norms
