HR Recruitment Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a critical role in helping us attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to execute recruitment strategies and build our employer brand. Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to help identify top talent Help build our employer brand by creating engaging job postings and promoting our company culture on social media Provide support to the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What we offer: Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR Exposure to a fast-paced, innovative work environment Mentoring and training from experienced professionals Possibility of a full-time role upon successful completion of internship
