Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive Location: Coimbatore Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head Industry: Manufacturing Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled and unskilled talent across various departments including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and administration. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding. Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus placements. Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role. Schedule technical and final interviews with concerned departments. Maintain a database of potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Handle recruitment for both blue-collar (workers, machine operators, etc.) and white-collar (engineers, supervisors, administrative staff) roles. Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and updates for senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, local labor market, and industrial hiring practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HRMS/ATS software is an advantage.
