Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance until joining day.
Coordinate pre-onboarding activities including background verification, documentation, and compliance checks.
Maintain regular communication with candidates via emails, calls, and engagement sessions to address queries, manage concerns, and reduce dropouts.
Develop and implement initiatives to keep candidates engaged and excited about joining.
Monitor candidate feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.
Ensure the candidate experience reflects our organizational values and strengthens employer branding Manage and coordinate candidate asset allocation and relocation processes.
Resume Screening & Evaluation: Skill in reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit against job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Proficiency in scheduling interviews, managing calendars for candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth process.
Candidate Sourcing: Ability to effectively use various channels like job boards, social media (especially LinkedIn), and internal databases to find potential candidates.

Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple candidates at once.
Proactive in stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
