Who We're Looking For We’re searching for a female partner (preferred for leadership diversity) with a background in HR internships or recruitment experience , who’s ready to step into a leadership role with ownership responsibilities. You should have the ability to take initiative, lead client and candidate conversations, and help shape recruitment strategies from the ground up.
