Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our organization. The role involves both office-based recruitment work and field (route) work such as attending interviews, visiting institutions, and coordinating local drives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus drives across different locations.
• Visit training institutes, colleges, and local job centres to attract suitable candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
• Coordinate with internal departments and management regarding manpower needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain documentation.
• Support HR operations as required.

Requirements:

• MBA or BBA (preferably in HR or related field).
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Willing to travel for recruitment activities (route work).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
• Male candidates only.
• Must be energetic, confident, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
