The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Talented Blue coller Recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume hiring. You will be the engine behind our growth, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding a high-caliber team of Delivery Executives/Riders across the country. This role is critical in ensuring we have the right people on the ground to maintain our reputation for excellence and speed.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for delivery rider, managing a high volume of vacancies across multiple regions in India.

· Deploy innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, local outreach, and referral programs to build a robust talent pipeline.

· Conduct initial phone screenings to verify candidate eligibility (valid driving license, vehicle ownership, documentation).

· Collaborate closely with regional operations teams to understand localized hiring needs and market-specific challenges.

· Ensure a smooth, swift, and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

· Maintain meticulous records in our HR system, ensuring all pre-employment checks and documentation are complete and compliant.

· Track and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.

What We Look For (Basic Skills & Requirements)

· Experience: Fresher and Minimum of 1years of hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment. Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG hiring is a significant advantage.

· Sourcing Prowess: Demonstrable skill in finding candidates through various channels. You know how to attract talent quickly and effectively.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.

· Tech Savviness: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple hiring drives simultaneously without missing a beat. You are highly organized and detail-oriented.

· Problem-Solving: A practical, can-do attitude with the ability to overcome hiring challenges and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
