Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and role specifications. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with respective departments. Create and manage job postings on various job portals, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and social media platforms. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. Schedule and manage interview logistics, ensuring all stakeholders are informed. Participate in candidate evaluation discussions and make hiring recommendations. Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs. Maintain strong communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection. Maintain recruitment reports on open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring timelines. Ensure the recruitment database is kept up to date and confidential. Assist in developing long-term talent pipelines for critical roles. Continuously improve recruitment processes based on market trends and company objectives.
