Job Description: We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and basic operational HR functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing recruitment and employee lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal sources. Conduct initial screenings to filter out unsuitable candidates based on requirements. Shortlist suitable candidates by evaluating their skills, experience, and fit for the role. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule them accordingly. Ensure timely follow-ups with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and induction Manage exit formalities, including clearance and feedback sessions Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment Basic knowledge of onboarding, exit formalities, and HR operations Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and candidate sourcing techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
