Job Description: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the company. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire the best talent to meet our organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, linked in , social media platforms, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit. Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases to track the status of all open positions. Help create job postings and advertisements to attract qualified applicants. Communicate with candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process. Support the HR team with various recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed. Male candidate prefer Budget 20 to 25 k Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a recruitment Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) will be advantage Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Any Graduate Male Candidate prefer Location - Pune (Shivaji Nagar)
