Role & responsibilities The main objective of this position is to source profiles for whichever requirements are shared by the clients across locations (Non IT roles) / Support roles 1. Sourcing of CVs through jopb portals, referencing , networking 2. sharing quality cvs to clients for required roles 3. maintaining daily tracker and sharing internally 4. Interview co-ordination , scheduling , documentation , Offer negotiation, once the offer is accepted then resignation initiation till the candidate is onboarded at the client place Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate / 12th with relevant experience of handling recruitments such as sourcing of profiles through job portals Open for Non IT Role from junior to senior profiles depending upon the positions received from clients Part Timers are also welcome to apply for this role if you are interested for the same
