We are now expanding our team and looking for a dedicated HR Executive who can take ownership of our recruitment process and employee management. 🧩 Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Track and maintain employee records and documentation. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure smooth joining formalities and maintain documents for all new hires. Identify talent through various platforms based on our requirements. Schedule and conduct interviews. Maintain employee engagement and handle HR operations. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills during the hiring process.
