Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions within the company Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Post job openings on various online platforms and external job boards Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods, such as social media, job fairs, and professional networking events Conduct reference checks on selected candidates Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and company policies throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
