Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads. Hiring Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to final offer. Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring. Employer Branding & Coordination: Represent the company professionally in job fairs and recruitment drives. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions for fresher hiring. Documentation & Onboarding: Collect and verify documents of new joiners. Coordinate induction and orientation programs. Maintain recruitment records and compliance documents. Other HR Support: Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, HRMS updates, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
